SUMMARY:Wild and Wise Tribe FATHER AND SON Wilderness Camp 2026
DESCRIPTION:Wild & Wise Tribe is inviting fathers (or guardians) and teenage sons to gather and experience the wilderness emerging within your inner nature on a two-night journey and wilderness camp\, Friday to Sunday\, unplugging and connecting you with your son\, with nature\, and with your natural wisdom\, and sharing space and building community with other men through meaningful activities. \nIt is a great opportunity to initiate your son into men’s business\, focusing on aspects of your ancestry\, purpose\, legacy\, and inner guidance. We will experience together the following: \n\nCanoeing journey on Lake Cootharaba and the Noosa Everglades\nMindful Bush Walk\nWilderness Camping at the Cooloola National Park\nLife Skills\nSunrise Yoga\nMindfulness exercises and activities\nSharing Circles\nMen’s gathering (brotherhood)\nIcebreakers and energisers\nFacilitated team challenges and group activities\nNature connection and mindfulness activities\n\nOur journey starts on Friday\, 15th May\, with a campsite dinner and a men’s circle. We’ll overnight at Habitat Noosa and leave very early for a canoe journey up to the Everglades\, where we’ll stay overnight. On the morning of Sunday the 17th\, we’ll head back to base. Many activities\, such as yoga\, mindfulness\, icebreakers\, and challenging courses\, will be delivered during the program.. \nPlease note: \n\nBYO camping gear and snacks.\nCampsite fees\, canoeing hire\, and meals (2 breakfasts / 1 lunch / 2 dinners) are included.\nA list of equipment to bring will be sent after booking\nThis is an event for men only\, coming in pairs: one father/guardian and one son/stepson/godson 12-17yo\nEvent format and times may change depending on the weather.
