DESCRIPTION:School Holidays program: Bush skills\, mindfulness and survival skills course for kids 8-12yo.\n \nYour child will learn in four fun days course with lessons\, practical skills and games\n(from 8:30am to 2:30pm\, daily drop-offs and pickups) \n \nDay1 – Intro + Fire\n-The mindset of survival and the “rules of three”\n-Intro to the human’s 3 centres of intelligence\n-Intro to FIRE element\n-Intro to chi / prana / ki + exercises\n-Fire making\n-Cooking on Fire\n-Planting session \n  \nDay 2 – Earth \n-Intro to the EARTH element\n-Fox walk (Stalking and camouflage)\n-Intro to building traps and hunting tools\n-Intro to Navigation skills\n-Intro to knots and building shelter \n  \nDay 3 – Water + Air\n-Intro to WATER and AIR element & Flow\n-Intro to emotions / emotional regulation techniques\n-Harvesting water (survival)\n-Intro to Navigation skills\n-Intro to breathwork\n-Water practical activity\n-Intro to Nature Communication \n  \nDay 4 – Intro to Wilderness First Aid and Conclusion\n-Intro to Wilderness First Aid\n-Intro to Weather interpretation\n-Mindfulness journey session\nFINAL ASSESSMENT – put all in action! 🙂\n-Conclusion + Certificates \n  \nProgram subject to modifications depending on weather and other factors \n— \nTo join this course\, the child must have participated in the “Intro to Bush Skills and Survival Survival Techniques” workshop offered on Sundays throughout the year.
