3-hour mindfulness workshop for youth (12+). A journey through the imagination, understanding archetypes and symbolism in nature.

A journey through the imagination, understanding archetypes and symbolism in nature. This workshop is focused on how we can keep open our connection to nature and communicate with our higher-self and intuition. In this workshop, your child will also join a drumming journey to find their spirit animal and know how to develop and/or improve that connection afterwards.

Location: In a bush setting in the beautiful Sunshine Coast hinterland at the historic Belli Park Hall. 10 mins from Eumundi.
