Charlotte is a youth worker, support worker, adventurer and student of the great mystery. Her greatest passion is connecting people with the magic within them and the world around them. She is firmly rooted in a trauma-informed framework.

Moving through life with the intention to follow what fills her with joy, Charlotte has come to a space of weaving psychology with outdoor education. Blending ancient wisdom and modern science as an adventure healing guide.

This year she is leading groups of young people in sacred places on adventure therapy expeditions as well as on remote First Nation community immersions.

Charlotte is an embodiment of the journey she has been on and shares a spiritually grounded practice that honours the interconnectedness of all things. Her interests include rites of passage, somatics, neuroscience, developmental psychology, yoga, indigenous wisdom and natural medicine.

She believes that connection to the earth’s wisdom offers transformative and healing medicine for all. She seeks to guide others to connect with their own power and the gifts they are hear to share through their unique expression.
